Vintage Japanese haori in a warm rosy pink, crafted from silk and wool and decorated with genuine hand-tied shibori.

The subtle woven ground shifts gently with the light, while the irregular dotted texture of authentic shibori gives the surface depth and character.

Originally designed to be worn over kimono, a haori can also be styled easily with contemporary clothing such as dresses, knitwear, shirts, or denim.

Condition

Beautiful vintage condition overall, with no major holes or structural damage.
There is a faint stain on the back of the right sleeve and another faint mark near the shibori detail on the back.
The lining shows some age-related discoloration and a small stain; please see the photos for details.
These marks do not detract significantly from the overall appearance when worn.
