Vintage Japanese silk haori featuring traditional shibori dyeing in a soft greige palette blended with plum, moss green, and smoky blue.

Condition

Very good vintage condition.
The lining shows some faint stains, consistent with age. The outer silk shows light natural signs of age but presents beautifully overall.
There are no major holes or structural damage.
Traditional white basting stitches called shitsuke ito remain in some areas. These temporary stitches were used to help preserve the garment’s shape during storage and can be gently removed before wearing.
